More companies are developing in the metaverse, with businesses able to interact and learn from customers in a highly personalised way.

“I think what we saw was, with COVID, a really huge acceleration in terms of transformation and organisations really re-organising themselves to meet the challenges that existed through that period of not being able to be face to face,” says Accenture CMT Lead, ANZ, Emma Neil.

She said businesses had to “find a way to be creative and still engage their customers”.
