Metaverse Mike's Podcast from the Past. Woah. 
Recently, we conducted a metaverse tour of the Borodino Panorama in metaverse platform Spatial.io. We developed the option to try onmhistorical avatars and explore a three-dimensional replica (created using photogrammetry) of the main hall and the layout of the museum. Additionally, we captured photogrammetry data for 20 museum exhibits, which can also be viewed during the tour. A virtual tour guide will lead the exploration of the museum’s three-dimensional replica, providing commentary and showcasing fragments of the painting. The battlefield canvas itself can be examined in detail, utilizing photogrammetry for its creation (with texture mapping at a resolution of 32k). While the tour is currently in a testing phase, we would like to understand the potential of the metaverse for museum tours and would appreciate feedback on user experience across different devices.
