Metaverse Simply Explained: What, How, why, Pros and Cons You should learn.

Sure, I got my Meta Quest 2 Goggles, and I love them! Been a gamer since I was a kid, but I actually don’t use the Metaverse for gaming! But I digress. I am not the person to explain the Metaverse. But luckily for us, I have someone who does: Meet CX business executive Jonathan Shroyer, whom CIO Journal, a publication of The Wall Street Journal, recently named among its “Top CX Professionals of 2022. With over two decades of experience building companies and leaders, as well as being an avid Gamer since childhood, Jonathan knows the Metaverse.

This is the future, IMO, so I jumped at the chance to share a chat with someone who can explain to both you and I in simple terms. Jonathan does a great job as you’ll see and his story is incredible! It was a surprise to find out what he struggled with as a child and how being a gamer helped him to succeed in life.
